About us

playscore is the news site of the Play Score app. We publish match reports, previews, weekly round-ups, analysis and statistics for football and other sports.

How we work

Every story starts from real match and team data: results, statistics, standings, recent form, head-to-head records and the ratings Play Score gives each player. Our newsroom uses artificial intelligence tools to turn this data into text, under clear editorial rules:

• we never invent numbers, quotes or events — we only write what the data shows;
• every story is written from scratch by our newsroom, with our own analysis and context — we never copy or translate other outlets;
• we do not publish betting content;
• we quickly correct any error reported to us.
